The Biobank plugins upgrade package allows the biobank plugins to be used in the current major version.
Plugins contained
study-subject-registration
Aim of the plugin is to register your subjects with a Subject ID specific to your lab in SLIMS and enroll them in the Study they take part in. Additionally, you can input several meta data you need on the subject (such as birthdate, gender, etc.) as well as the Consent Status for each Study they are enrolled in.
kitcollection
Aim of the plugin is to make the registration of the kit collection easier.
The samples will be displayed for collection to make data easier to record with the ability to enter the barcode of pre-barcoded tubes, volume of the samples, fixation dates when relevant, as well as the collection and reception dates.
Aliquoting
Aim of the plugin is to automate the aliquoting process based on the study design.

Aim of the plugin is to facilitate the addition of various events that samples can undergo after kit collection so they can be easily tracked.
